How much does it cost to ride the zipline?
FULL ZIPLINE TOUR ADVENTURE-$75 per person -multiple ride discount (same day only) $37.50
ZIP #1 Tour-$20 per person (can be upgraded to a Full Zipline Tour)
What is your Refund Policy?
Free cancellation within 24 hours prior to the reservation. If less than 24 hours there will be no refund.
To Modify or Cancel Your Reservation
If your plans change, you may receive a full refund of the ticket price provided you cancel the reservation at least 24 hours prior to the reservation check-in time and arrival date. If making a reservation less than 24 hours of arrival, the ticket fee is non-refundable.
If you cancel your reservation less than 24 hours prior to arrival, your ticket will be forfeited. Please call us if canceling a reservation within five days of arrival. Cancellation requests beyond five days may be done via e-mail.

Do I need to make reservations?
We HIGHLY recommend making a reservation, but it is not required.
Do you have food? Drinks? Cold Beer?
We do! You can dine in our Grizzly Grill Cafe which has cool and hot drinks to quench your thirst. Entrees rang include soups, chili, quesadilla, burgers, pizza, nachos, burritos, taco salad, brats and dogs and are available 11am-3:30pm . We also have plenty of snacks to get you through the day: nuts, yogurts, hummus, string cheese, chips, pudding, and candy.
If you are looking for an adult beverage to quench your thirst you can do so in the T-Bar. Upstairs tucked in the attic is Wyoming’s smallest bar. Don’t be shy to ring the beer bell! We offer beer and wine. So go ahead ring the bell (we promise it does not mean you have to buy everyone a round-, but if you wish, wink wink).
How fast does the zipline go?
Depending on your weight you can reach speeds up to 45 mph.
Are their age, height or weight restrictions?
Minimum height is 48" and maximum height is 6'8". Minimum weight of 50 lbs and a maximum weight of 275 lbs to safely ride the zipline.
What should I wear?
Dress for the current weather forecast. We do operate in the rain. However, the course will be closed if there is lightening or high winds in the vicinity. Advance notice may not be possible. Jewelry, cellphones, and wallets are best left locked up in the your car. A leash recommended for sunglasses, hats, and other personal items.
You must wear closed toed shoes. No flip flops!
Can I ride the zipline if I am pregnant?
It is not recommended for expectant mothers to ride the zipline, but that is your decision and you must sign a liability waiver.
How close is Sleeping Giant to Yellowstone National Park?
We are 3.4 miles from the East entrance to Yellowstone National Park.
